I took up Yoga over 20 years ago after being told “I would have to live with back pain” as a result of a factory job I had at that time. As well as becoming pain free Yoga has kept my body supple as well as strong – physically & emotionally – which allows me to enjoy activities with my family & my passion for horses.
Yoga is part of my life – it’s not a job.
I have over 10 years experience working with people of all ages & abilities who want to move & feel better. I have studied with some of the best health & fitness professionals in the world & love sharing what I have learnt from them. My goal is always to help you help yourself.
My Qualifications: Anatomy in Motion, NKT Level 3, DNS, CHEK HLC 3 & CHEK Practitioner Level 1.
